JobShop is looking for an enthusiastic BPO & Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Position : BPO & Non-IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases and other channels .
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job roles, salary, shifts, location and other relevant details to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets .
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client hiring requirements.

Minimum Requirement:

- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in BPO / Non-IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals .
