Position: Senior Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Faridabad / On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates.
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Achieve monthly joining and closure targets.
- Guide junior recruiters and support the team in meeting targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruitment/placement consultancy experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
