Are you organized, people-friendly, and good at follow-ups? If you enjoy coordinating with people and keeping things moving smoothly, this opportunity is for you! Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and walk-ins .
- Contact candidates to confirm interview schedules and ensure timely attendance.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, documentation and joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers and recruitment reports .
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding interview schedules and candidate status.
- Share relevant job details, interview information and joining instructions with candidates.
- Track candidate movement from sourcing → interview → selection → offer → joining .
- Ensure all required candidate documents are collected and maintained accurately.
- Handle candidate queries and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.




- Follow up with selected candidates to minimise offer dropouts and no-shows .
- Support recruiters in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Prepare regular recruitment status reports and share updates with the team.

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with 1 –2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, BPO recruitment or talent acquisition can apply.
- Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and are target-oriented will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable making candidate calls and handling multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
