About Us Corvi Technologies is a direct-hire recruitment firm with exclusive, signed job orders across IT, Non-IT, Product, and Startup hiring in India. We hire across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR, at junior, mid, senior, and leadership levels .

We manage all client relationships and business development. We are expanding our recruiter network to handle sourcing and submissions.

Who We Need Independent recruiters, boutique agencies, and split-fee partners with prior experience placing candidates with Indian employers.

Your Role Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order. We handle the client side. You focus on finding the right person.

Requirements

- Proven placements across IT, Non-IT, Product, or Startup roles in India
- Valuable knowledge of CTC structures, notice periods, buyouts, and counter-offers
- Active access to Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, or similar (Foundit, Hirist, Cutshort, Wellfound)
- Strong focus on quality submissions and high joining ratios
- Available during IST business hours

Location Fully remote. Open to partners anywhere in India.
