· Managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process across levels and functions PAN India

· Robust experience into sourcing and screening for Mid to senior level mandates

· Expertise into IT or Non IT recruitment is welcome

· Able to search profiles in Job Portals or Headhunting using Social Media, LinkedIn etc

· Working closely with the clients on understanding the requirements and delivering results within TAT.

· Conduct initial screening of the candidates as per the to check for their experience, communication skills, expected salary, intent, background

· Coordinate with candidates, maintain their interest levels on the job and ensure candidate joins client organization

· Regularly maintain MIS & database trackers such that data is readily available and can be used regularly

· Diversity Hiring experience will be an added advantage.
