About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful closures for various job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client/job requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Search and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and databases .
- Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls.
- Hindi communication is mandatory for handling Hindi-speaking candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer discussions where required.
- Ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills




- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR consultancy.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
