About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Senior Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Hire sales executives, team leaders, and other real estate professionals.
- Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee coordination.
- Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR policy implementation.




- Work closely with management to meet hiring targets and business requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of HR experience; real estate industry experience preferred.
- Strong recruitment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive understanding of HR operations and employee management.
- A proactive, organized, and target-oriented professional.
