We have an excellent opportunity for Recruitment Coordinator in our organization.

Job Location – Thane (HO)/Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in candidate coordination, documentation, and recruitment support will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with candidates shortlisted by the Sourcing/Recruitment Team.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to collect all required documents.
- Review and verify candidate documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Share the verified documents and relevant candidate information with the respective sourcing recruiter.
- Ensure that candidate CVs are properly formatted and aligned with the required client/company CV format before sharing them with clients.
- Check CVs carefully for formatting, accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
- Coordinate with candidates and recruiters to make any required corrections or updates to CVs and documents.




- Provide sourcing support whenever required by the recruitment team and take up sourcing responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain smooth coordination between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
- Maintain proper records of candidate documents, CVs, and recruitment status.

Key Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, especially while checking documents and CV formats.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexibly and support the sourcing team whenever required.
