We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near to Chakala Metro Station)
- Real Estate hiring would be added advantage.

Role includes:

- Candidate sourcing, screening & interviewing
- Optimising all sourcing channels to improve quality and hiring efficiency
- Strategic sourcing based on positions assigned
- Handling PAN India recruitment across different functions and locations
- Exposure to Leadership & senior-level hiring would be an added advantage
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process till onboarding
- Maintaining timely and accurate updates in Zoho Recruit (ATS)
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions
- Working with monthly recruitment targets and achievement goals
- Tracking recruitment funnel, conversions and hiring performance

Key Requirements:

- Robust sourcing candidates & Head hunting skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving monthly hiring goals




- Experience handling multiple recruitment channels
- Ability to build strategic sourcing plans for different positions
- Comfortable working on an ATS and maintaining recruitment data discipline
- PAN India hiring exposure
- Leadership / senior-level hiring experience will be an added advantage
- Most importantly.... you should genuinely enjoy recruitment!
- Weekly Off: All Sundays Fixed, 2nd & 4th Saturdays
