Role Description The RECRUITER US IT role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the US market. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating technical and client interviews.

The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, negotiate offers, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding technical requirements for each position,



and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Solid background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based roles.
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices, including use of job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Familiarity with US market hiring practices, time zones, and work culture; experience working with US clients is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office tools, and basic data reporting on recruitment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
