Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Lead and manage the recruitment team
- Drive team targets and daily recruitment activities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals
- Coordinate interviews, offers and joining
- Maintain recruitment MIS and client coordination
Requirements:
- 46 years of recruitment experience
- Team handling experience preferred
- Solid sourcing and communication skills
- Recruitment consultancy experience preferred
