Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/understand Job Descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess candidates against job requirements.

- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the respective hiring managers.

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.

- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and candidate closures within approved budgets.

- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure candidates join as per agreed timelines.

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports.

- Monitor recruitment status, ageing positions, offer-to-joining ratio and other recruitment metrics.

- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.





- Conduct market mapping and identify potential candidates for critical and niche positions.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives as required.

- Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and processes.

Key Skills Required

- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
