JM Data Talent is a Dublin-based recruitment firm focused on Data & AI talent across Ireland, the UK and Europe. We're hiring an India-based contract Recruiter to deliver end-to-end hiring for our clients and turn candidate conversations into market intelligence for our sales team.

What you'll do

- Run end-to-end recruitment for Data & AI roles: intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interviews and offers.

- Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.

- Track hiring signals (recent data leaders, senior roles open 45+ days) and pass leads to our BD team.

- Gather market intel from candidates on vendors, budgets and tech stacks.

- Help build salary and talent-scarcity reports for client outreach.

What you'll need





- 3+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment, ideally Data, AI or cloud.

- Hands-on experience recruiting for Europe (Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Sweden).

- Solid grasp of the data stack (Python, SQL, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure).

- Strong LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing skills; clear English.

- BFSI experience and prior contract work are a plus.

Terms

- Independent contractor, ₹32,000–35,000 per month.

- Remote, working Irish/UK business hours.

- This is a contract role, not full-time employment.
