Job Title: IT / Technical Recruiter
Location: Jaipur (Sat/Sun Fixed OFF), 5 days working.
Experience: 6 Months 4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timings:
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Full time and C2H positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Full-Time and C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
