Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, handle visitors and telephone calls, and provide administrative support in a jewellery manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, suppliers, and business associates professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain visitor registers and manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor meetings and general inquiries.
- Maintain records, documents, courier entries, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable.
- Assist with routine administrative and clerical activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and visitor details.




- Follow company security procedures for visitor entry and exit, particularly in jewellery and high-value inventory areas.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
- Good telephone handling and visitor management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate A disciplined, presentable, and customer-friendly candidate with a professional attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a jewellery manufacturing environment. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
