URGENT HIRING | RECEPTIONIST CUM CUSTOMER CARE
Location: Rajouri Garden, Delhi
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers/visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer queries
- Manage reception and front-desk activities
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Handle customer follow-ups and provide timely assistance
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Valuable spoken English & Hindi
- Confident and presentable personality
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
