Job Summary:

The Receiver is responsible for receiving incoming goods, checking quantity and quality, verifying documents, and ensuring proper storage of materials in the warehouse/distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive deliveries from vendors/suppliers.

- Check items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Inspect goods for damages or shortages.

- Update receiving details in system/ERP/WMS.

- Label and arrange stock in designated storage locations.

- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety in receiving area.

- Report discrepancies to supervisor immediately.

Required Skills:

- Basic warehouse/inventory knowledge.

- Attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills (Excel/ERP).

- Positive communication skills.

- Ability to lift/move materials if required.

Qualification:

- Intermediate / Any Degree / Diploma.
