We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and scale our RM team and drive productivity across 1,000+ Associates across 40 cities.

Designation- Sales Manager

Experience- minimum 7 years

Location- Andheri

Key responsibilities:

- Manage & coach 5–10 RMs
- Drive revenue, closures & RM productivity
- Increase active associate % and revenue per active associate
- Improve lead → site visit → closure conversion
- Build sales processes, reviews & performance systems
- Identify and develop top-performing associates
- Work closely with the Founder/Leadership team

Ideal profile:

- 7–12 years total experience
- 5+ years in Real Estate / PropTech / Channel Sales
- 3+ years managing sales teams
- Strong experience in lead-driven real estate sales
- Data-driven, target-oriented and solid people manager Salary Range - 35 k - 45 k (Negotiable)

This is a high-ownership role with an opportunity to grow into Head of Sales / National Sales Leadership.
