Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients from provided databases and digital marketing leads.
- Handle Inbound Queries: Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Pitch Projects: Explain property locations, amenities, configurations, pricing plans, and special offers clearly.
- Qualify Prospects: Understand the client’s budget, preferred location, and timeline to buy.
- Book Site Visits: Coordinate and schedule physical or virtual site visits between the customer and the field sales consultants.
- Update CRM: Log all call outcomes, customer feedback, and future follow-up dates accurately in the CRM software.
- Manage Follow-ups: Maintain a steady pipeline of prospective buyers with timely reminder calls.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
