Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Visit Executive to support our real estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for visiting properties and project sites, coordinating with customers, collecting property details, and providing regular field updates to the office team.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in the real estate industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties, project sites, and other assigned locations.
- Collect property details, photographs, videos, location details, and site information.
- Coordinate with property owners,



brokers, agents, and customers.
- Conduct field-level data collection and verify property information.
- Support property inspections and customer site visits.
- Update daily field visit reports and submit details to the office team.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding property updates.
- Travel within assigned areas of Chennai as required.
- Achieve daily field visit and data collection targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
