About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and digital channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties (residential/commercial/plots)
- Conduct site visits and present property details, pricing, and payment plans clearly
- Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients,



brokers, and channel partners
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM/Excel
- Assist clients with documentation and booking formalities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to work towards targets and handle pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
