Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Tele Caller role based in Kolkata. The tele caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential buyers, share information about available properties, and explain project features and pricing.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating lead details in CRM or spreadsheets, and scheduling site visits or follow-up meetings for the sales team. The role involves answering basic customer queries, coordinating with sales and marketing colleagues, and supporting campaigns by calling targeted customer lists. The tele caller is expected to meet call volume and lead conversion targets while maintaining professional,



courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including transparent spoken English, Hindi, and local languages (as applicable), and the ability to handle calls politely and confidently.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work with CRM tools or spreadsheets, maintain call logs, and update lead information accurately.
- Customer service and telecalling skills, including listening, objection handling, and follow-up to convert inquiries into site visits and sales leads.
- Sales and negotiation awareness, with an interest in real estate and the ability to explain property features, pricing, and offers effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage call targets, daily follow-ups, and coordination with the on-site sales team.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in real estate or related fields, is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related area is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, maintain punctuality, and collaborate respectfully with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
