We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to handle customer leads, understand their property requirements, explain suitable projects, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and configuration.

- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

- Follow up with customers and generate site visits.

- Coordinate with the sales team and assist customers during the buying process.

- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Real estate sales experience preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
