Role Description The Real Estate Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities, advising clients on suitable investment options, and supporting transactions from initial inquiry to closure. Daily activities include conducting site visits, analyzing property values and market trends, coordinating with property owners and developers, and preparing proposals and presentations for clients.

The role also involves maintaining property portfolios, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.

Executive is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including local market dynamics and investment opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management and Facility Management (FM), with experience overseeing properties and ensuring smooth operations.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Finance, particularly as it relates to property valuation, returns on investment, and transaction structuring.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
- Candidates should possess robust client service orientation, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to business development.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property advisory is highly beneficial; a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct regular field visits, and use productivity and CRM tools to manage leads and documentation.
