About the Role
Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for a confident, polite, and well-spoken telecaller to join our team and help manage patient enquiries and appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages to prospective patients.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinic team.
- Follow up with missed appointments and interested patients.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and appointment bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- candidate with good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Positive convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, healthcare, or the beauty industry is preferred.
