Position: R&D; Trainee
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Padi , Chennai
Education: B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry
CTC: Upto 2.70 Lakhs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Chemistry Graduate - (Formulation):
- Assist in formulation and development of brake lining and brake pad compounds as per specifications.
- Support weighing, mixing, and preparation of raw materials (resins, fibers, fillers, friction modifiers).
- Conduct laboratory-level trials, sample preparation, and basic testing activities.
- Record formulation data, test results, and observations accurately in lab sheets.
- Assist in testing of friction, wear, hardness, density, and other physical properties.
- Support validation trials and comparison of recent formulations with existing products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with senior R&D; engineers and production teams during trials and improvements.
