Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to manage beverage formulation, product development, microbiological testing, and quality improvement for soft drinks, energy drinks, and other beverages.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new beverage formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct microbiological testing, especially yeast and mold testing.
- Perform shelf-life studies and monitor product stability.
- Conduct quality testing, including pH, Brix, acidity, and other relevant parameters.
- Identify and troubleshoot product spoilage and contamination issues.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements and applicable food safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams for product trials and commercialization.
- Maintain laboratory records, testing reports, and product specifications.





Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, or Food Science.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience in yeast and mold testing is mandatory.
- Knowledge of beverage formulation, microbiological analysis, and shelf-life testing.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
