You will work on hair care, skin care and body care product development – from lab to production.

Must have: Diploma/Degree in Cosmetic Technology + hands-on personal care formulation experience

Diploma/Degree in Cosmetic Technology (essential); M.Sc Chemistry an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize formulations for shampoos, creams, body washes, serums and other hair, skin and body care products.
- Build a perfect product base – touch & feel, foam, consistency and mildness – independent of fragrance and colour.
- Conduct bench trials, stability testing and scale-up from lab to production.
- Source and evaluate raw materials, actives and ingredients cost-effectively.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, cosmetic regulations and labelling (INCI) norms.
- Maintain accurate formulation records, SOPs and batch documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing products.
- Stay updated on market trends, new actives and herbal/Ayurvedic innovations.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives and actives
- Stability and compatibility testing
- Cost optimization without compromising quality
- Regulatory and documentation awareness
- Herbal/Ayurvedic formulation knowledge (big plus for our brand)
