SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Perform steel member and connection design.
- Develop design reports and review drawings.
- Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.
- Support design optimization for economy.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients.

SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction: To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction: To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGE





- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is preferred

EXPERIENCE

- Years of Experience: 6-10 years in structural steel design.
- Nature of Experience: Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.

- Technical Skills: STAAD.Pro, Tekla, IDEA StatiCa, IS, AISC, Eurocodes, Steel member and connection design.
