Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP (Ind AS) and SEBI regulations.
- Conduct audits of loan origination documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule meetings with clients to discuss financial reporting requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Robust knowledge of IGAAP (Ind AS), SEBI regulations, and LODR (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements).
- Proficiency in SAP system is an added advantage.
