Role Overview

Looking for an experienced 4G/5G L1 & Radio professional with strong expertise in LTE/NR PHY Layer, DSP, RF and antenna technologies. The role involves designing and implementing PHY algorithms, optimizing L1 performance, mentoring teams, and driving large-scale 4G/5G L1 product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement LTE/NR PHY algorithms and procedures .
- Optimize L1 for latency, throughput and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization .
- Interface with Radio/RF, L2 and fronthaul subsystems .
- Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ captures and lab equipment.
- Mentor high-performance L1 teams and drive delivery excellence.
- Drive large-scale 4G/5G L1 product development, sustenance and customer support .
- Work across eNodeB/gNodeB, vRAN, ORAN and custom platforms .
- Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
