Designation: Quick Commerce Executive

Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day operations across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quick commerce operations, inventory planning, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, order fulfilment and sales analysis. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining healthy inventory levels, improving platform visibility and supporting sales growth across quick commerce channels.

Job Summary The candidate should have minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in quick commerce operations, preferably managing platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto.

The role requires a solid understanding of quick commerce workflows, inventory and replenishment planning, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, platform coordination and sales reporting.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage day-to-day backend operations across Blinkit, Zepto and other quick commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalogue creation, content updates, pricing and SKU activation.




- Monitor SKU-wise and location-wise inventory to ensure optimum stock availability.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock movement to respective warehouses/fulfilment centres.
- Monitor out-of-stock (OOS), fill rate and inventory availability and take corrective actions.
- Track sales performance at SKU, category, platform and location level.
- Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute deals, discounts, coupons and platform promotional campaigns.
- Monitor pricing and ensure correct MRPs, selling prices and promotional discounts are live across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
- Track key performance indicators including sales, units sold, inventory cover, OOS%, fill rate, cancellations and promotion performance.
- Support new product launches and ensure timely listing, inventory availability and visibility across quick commerce platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve product assortment and availability based on platform and location-level demand.
