- Prepare quantity estimates and detailed BOQs for construction projects.
- Calculate material quantities based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Verify quantities of materials required for site work.
- Prepare and review measurements, bills, and work orders.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing client quotations and contractor bills.
- Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations and estimation.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Positive knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-off.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
