We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost analysis, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control for construction projects.
Skills Required:
- Positive knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and billing.
- Strong analytical, calculation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, rates, and cost estimation.
