We are looking for a CNC Quality Inspector to inspect and ensure the quality of CNC-machined components as per drawings and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect CNC components using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Perform in-process and final inspection.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with CNC production teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CNC inspection/quality.
- Positive knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and basic quality systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
