Position: Quality Head - Plastic Line

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: B.Tech

Experience: 10-15 Years

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 Per Month (Depending on Interview & Experience)

Industry: Automotive & Electrical Plastic Parts

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete Quality Department for plastic components.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive &

• Electrical Plastic Parts Quality.

- Handle Quality Documentation, SOP, Inspection Reports &

• Quality Records.

- Good knowledge of Audit Documentation and preparation for internal/customer audits.
- Knowledge of Quality Instruments &

• Measuring Equipment.

- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Identify quality issues and implement Corrective &

• Preventive Actions (CAPA).





- Ensure compliance with customer and industry quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Plastic Parts Quality Control.
- Positive understanding of Quality Systems &

• Documentation.

- Experience in handling Audits.
- Knowledge of Quality Measuring Instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
