Full-Time Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Metallurgy,

Salary : 15-16 Lacs

1 1516 years of experience in automotive manufacturing Quality.

2 Preferably from 2-wheeler alloy wheel / aluminium wheel / automotive casting industry.

3 Should have handled customers and audits.

4 Experience in managing a sizeable Quality team and plant-level Quality function.

5 Strong exposure to casting + machining + surface finishing quality.

Lead the overall Quality function for 2-wheeler alloy wheel manufacturing, ensuring consistent product quality, process capability, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for establishing robust quality systems across recent product development, incoming, in-process, final inspection, customer quality, supplier quality, and process improvement.
