- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Reporting To: Quality Manager / Quality Head
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished food products.
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, taste, appearance, moisture, and packaging standards as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and company quality standards.
- Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
- Conduct regular plant inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and employee hygiene.
- Maintain quality reports, laboratory records, inspection checklists, and batch records.
- Identify quality issues, investigate their root causes,



and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and other departments to maintain product quality.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor product storage conditions, shelf life, and packaging quality.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of food quality testing and laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with production and plant teams.

Candidate Profile The candidate should have practical knowledge of quality control in the food industry, be capable of identifying quality deviations, and ensure that products meet food safety and quality requirements. Experience in food processing, dehydration, frozen foods, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
