Responsibilities

- Incoming Material Inspection: Verify raw materials, components, and supplier documents (such as Certificates of Analysis) against purchase orders and specifications.

- In-Process Inspection: Monitor active assembly lines and production stages, run functional tests, and communicate immediate adjustments to production supervisors.

- Final Product Verification: Conduct visual, dimensional, and measurement tests using tools like calipers or coordinate measuring machines (CMM) before shipping.

- Documentation and Reporting: Record inspection data, log defect rates and rework summaries, and maintain strict traceability documentation.

- Non-Conformance and CAPA: Trigger containment for defective items, escalate non-conformances, and support root-cause analysis (such as Ishikawa or Lean Six Sigma tools).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
