We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality function and ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality management system standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Handle customer audits, internal audits, and supplier quality issues.
- Monitor product quality, process quality, and final inspection.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring instruments.
- Drive continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.




- Positive knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
- Practical knowledge of measuring instruments such as VMM, Profile Projectors, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Experience in quality documentation, inspection, audits, and problem-solving tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Candidates currently based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, will be preferred.
