Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct layout inspections using gauges such as Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Roundness tester to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Develop and implement control plans for in-process quality control of auto components.
- Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) activities to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in In-Process Quality Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in using tools like Micrometer, Profile Projector, Rockwell Hardness Tester.
- Solid understanding of 7QC principles and ability to apply them effectively.
