Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw material, in-process and finished components.

- Perform dimensional, visual and surface inspection of components.

- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.

- Coordinate with Production for quality control.

- Support customer and third-party inspections.

- Follow daily quality plans and inspection schedules.

- Identify defects and report non-conformances.

- Assist in trial runs and new product quality approvals.

Quality &

- Safety

- Ensure components meet customer drawings and specifications.

- Follow PPE usage and shop-floor safety procedures.

- Support quality audits and safety training programs.

Cost &

- Efficiency

- Reduce rejection, rework and scrap.

- Support continuous improvement and lean quality practices.

- Ensure proper use of gauges and measuring instruments.

Required Skills &

- Competencies





- Basic knowledge of foundry quality processes.

- Ability to read drawings and inspection standards.

- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

- Basic reporting and documentation skills.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Qualification &

- Experience

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical.

- 0 to 2 years experience in quality operations.

- Basic understanding of machining defects and inspection techniques.

Salary &

- Advantages

- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skill)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
