Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure product quality as per customer and internal specifications.

- Handle Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection activities.

- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Control Plans, Check Sheets and Quality Records.

- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.

- Ensure compliance with Drawing, GD&T;, specifications and customer requirements.

- Identify and analyse quality issues using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone and CAPA.

- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering and Toolroom teams for quality improvement.

- Handle NCR, Rejection, Rework and Customer Complaints and ensure corrective actions.

- Monitor PPM, rejection, rework and process capability (Cp/Cpk).

- Support implementation of 5S,



Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Maintain quality documentation and support internal/customer audits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of machining/manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of CNC / VMC / HMC / VTL machining will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA and PPAP.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
