Our programmes range from Level 2 to Level 7 Diplomas, MBA, DBA, and ISO Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer Certifications .

As part of our continued expansion, we are inviting applications from talented, motivated, and creative professionals for TWO JOB OPENINGS .

POSITION 1: QUALITY COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Maintain and update learner registration records, training documentation, and quality assurance files.

◆ Coordinate with trainers, learners, assessors, and management regarding course delivery, assessments, and learner progress.

◆ Monitor online training sessions, attendance, assignments, feedback, and learner satisfaction.

◆ Assist with internal quality assurance, compliance documentation, certification tracking, and awarding-body requirements.

◆ Prepare professional reports, Excel trackers, meeting records, and training schedules.

◆ Respond professionally to learner inquiries through email, WhatsApp Business, and other official communication platforms.

POSITION 2: DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Design professional course posters, promotional brochures, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and AI tools .





◆ Create engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, and promotional videos for our international training programmes.

◆ Manage and promote our courses through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other digital platforms .

◆ Use ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools for content writing, creative marketing, video scripts, and campaign development.

◆ Generate prospective learner inquiries, follow up with interested candidates, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

◆ Plan digital marketing campaigns, monitor engagement, maintain lead records, and submit regular performance reports.

ELIGIBILITY & ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✦ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English .

✦ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, online communication platforms, and digital documentation.

✦ Working knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, and AI-based productivity tools . Video editing and social media marketing skills are particularly important for the marketing position.

✦ Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, disciplined, creative, flexible, and results-oriented .

✦ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle responsibilities, and coordinate with an international team.

✦ Previous experience in educational administration, quality coordination, digital marketing, or online training will be an advantage.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

◆ Own laptop with a minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent .

◆ Reliable, high-speed internet connection.





◆ Own smartphone suitable for official communication and business-related activities.

◆ Quiet and professional work-from-home setting.

EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home

Working Hours: 9 hours daily, including a 1-hour lunch break (8 working hours).

Monthly Salary: USD 180–220, depending on qualifications, skills, and interview performance.

Key: This is a full-time position. Selected candidates must dedicate their scheduled working hours exclusively to Bramosh Global and must not undertake simultaneous employment or freelance work during those hours.
