Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for a Quality Control Executive to support quality-related activities at our Nava India, Coimbatore location.

The role involves monitoring operational processes, maintaining documentation, supporting compliance activities, and coordinating with different departments to promote consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day processes to ensure established quality practices are followed.
- Review departmental records, checklists, and required documentation for completeness.
- Support internal quality reviews and identify areas that require attention.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments regarding quality-related requirements.
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures, forms, registers, and other quality documents.
- Track identified issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely corrective action.
- Conduct routine checks related to cleanliness, documentation, safety, and process adherence.




- Assist with preparation of reports and quality-related data for management review.
- Support staff awareness activities related to hospital procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain proper records of inspections, observations, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Escalate significant quality or compliance concerns to the appropriate reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate qualification in any relevant discipline; healthcare / hospital administration background is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience, preferably in quality, operations, audit, or compliance-related work.
- Valuable understanding of documentation and process monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with different hospital departments.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Organized approach to maintaining records and documentation.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
