About the Role

Ecoline Exim Limited is seeking dedicated and experienced Quality Control Supervisors to oversee quality operations in the Stitching and Packing Lines. The selected candidates will be responsible for inline quality inspections, monitoring repair work, maintaining quality standards, and guiding workers to ensure defect-free production.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Inline quality checks in stitching and packing departments.

· Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

· Identify defects and prepare repair/rejection reports.

· Ensure timely correction of quality issues on the production line.

· Guide and train workers on proper quality standards and workmanship.

· Coordinate with production teams to minimize defects and rework.

· Maintain quality inspection records and daily reports.

· Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Eligibility Criteria

· Freshers Can Too Apply





.If Experienced Then Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

· Experience in stitching, packing, garment, bag manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

· Knowledge of quality inspection methods and defect analysis.

· Good communication and supervisory skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage production line quality effectively.
