Site Inspections & Supervision
Inspection and Test Plans
Material Testing & Verification : Oversee receiving inspections for construction materials (cement, aggregates, steel rebar) and review lab test results (slump tests, cube compression tests, soil compaction)
Non-Conformance Management : Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective/Preventive Action Reports (CARs) when work or materials deviate from standards
Preferred candidate profile oversees the quality inspection, testing, and compliance of civil engineering and construction activities in office to ensure they meet project specifications, engineering drawings, and regulatory standards.
