About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance with hands-on knowledge of Manual Testing who can evaluate applications from an end-user perspective and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying usability issues, validating business workflows, and delivering high-quality products through thorough functional testing. Proficiency in reading Telugu is required, as the role involves validating Telugu-language content and user flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and user stories to understand application functionality.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on user workflows.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across web and mobile applications.
- Validate user journeys, business logic, UI/UX behavior, and application functionality.
- Review and validate Telugu-language content, labels, translations, and localized UI for accuracy and readability.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Ensure features work as expected from a customer’s perspective across different devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers,



and designers to improve product quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release validations.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Manual Testing.
- Ability to read and understand Telugu fluently.
- Robust understanding of STLC and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
- Ability to think from the end-user perspective and identify usability issues.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Exploratory Testing.
- Knowledge of testing web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
- Exposure to Automation Testing concepts is an added advantage.
- Experience testing localized or multilingual applications.
