Job Title: Quality Assurance - Junior Associate

Education: Dip/B.sc - Textiles

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Summary The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for ensuring and controlling the quality of manufacturing products and assembly processes by setting inspection requirements, inspecting products, identifying defects, and making necessary repairs or corrections. The primary goal is to meet customer satisfaction, fulfil buyer requirements, and uphold quality control standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervise the sewing section and guide tailors to ensure quality standards and production requirements are met.
2. Monitor sewing quality, inspect garments, and ensure defect levels remain within established KPI targets.
3. Identify root causes of sewing defects and coordinate with concerned departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
4.



Train end-line quality checkers and ensure compliance with quality SOPs and inspection standards.
5. Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
6. Conduct periodic review meetings with tailors and Line Supervisors to resolve quality issues and perform additional duties assigned by superiors.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
