Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance and testing processes for cable and wire products including HT Cable, LT Cable. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and lead a team of quality engineers to maintain high product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the quality assurance team in cable and wire testing operations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for HT Cable, LT Cable, and EHV Cable.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards for cable and wire products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related concerns.




- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor quality engineers and technicians.
- Manage audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in cable and wire manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of testing standards and procedures for HT Cable, LT Cable, and EHV Cable.
- Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
